For buildings 1-4 floors in height, we utilize hands-on cleaning techniques combined with a water-fed pole for areas that are harder then usual to reach. This allows our team to work very efficiently, and finish the job quickly with little-to-no setup time. The result are beautifully clean windows and minimum operational disruption.
Is Your Property Between 5-29 Storeys?
For buildings with a height of 5 to 29 storeys [R.R.O. 1990. Reg. 859], we utilize the Swing Stage, Bosun Chair and rope access methods to descend vertically along the face of the building in a safe and efficient manner. All of our technicians are provided with equipment adhering to Ministry of Labour guidelines for first access work.
