We don’t rest until all stakeholders are happy.let's get educated
Every different project we take on will require a different application.
Is Your Property under 5 Storeys?
For buildings 1-4 floors in height, we utilize hands-on cleaning techniques combined with a water-fed pole for hard to reach areas. This allows our team to work very efficiently and finish the job quickly with little-to-no setup time.
Is Your Property Between 5-29 Storeys?
For buildings with a height of 5 to 29 storeys [R.R.O. 1990. Reg. 859], we utilize the Swing State and Bosun Chair methods for cleaning windows. The Bosun Chair is the most traditional cleaning method, allowing window cleaning staff to descend vertically along the face of the building in a safe and efficient manner. All of our technicians are provided with equipment adhering to Ministry of Labour guidelines.
Is Your Property Over 30 Storeys?
We utilize the Swing Stage, which Toronto Window Cleaners uses when dealing with condos, offices and similar commercial buildings that are 30 storeys or higher. Our personnel are licensed in Elevated Work Platform training, and provided with a fall-protection safety system that adheres to Ministry of Labour standards.
does your property have hard to reach to places?
Aerial Lifts
For properties four storeys or higher that have hard-to-reach areas, we typically employ the use of elevated work platforms. These mechanical platforms are designed with temporary access to difficult areas in mind. Some models include a 30 foot scissor lift for greater vertical movement, and a 100 foot articulating boom lift for horizontal and diagonal options as well. All of our technicians working with elevated work platforms are trained according to Ministry of Labour regulations.
Rope Access
We also utilize rope access methods when it comes to complex properties with otherwise inaccessible areas. This allows our technicians more mobility and versality compared to a Bosun Chair method. Each technician is trained in IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) and SPRAT (Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians) methods.

Are You Only Cleaning Half the Job? Why Exterior Window Cleaning Is Essential
When it comes to cleaning windows, many people focus only on what they see from the inside. While wiping down the interior glass might give a temporary sense of accomplishment, it’s far from the whole picture.
Is It Safe to Clean Your Own Windows?
Window cleaning might seem like a straightforward task—just grab a bucket, some soap, and a ladder, right? While the idea of saving money and getting a bit of exercise might appeal to many homeowners or business owners, cleaning your own windows can be more complicated and risky than you think.
