Work Safety and Insurance Board coverage is a must when it comes to working in any construction or maintenance oriented business. This ensures that our staff and their families are taken care of in case of any accidents.

SPRAT & IRATA Certified Technicians of all levels (1,2,3) – SPRAT and IRATA certification are globally recognized certifications that allow technicians to operate across all heights on a rope. Fun fact – the Burj Khalifa, the world tallest building, is regularly cleaned by SPRAT and IRATA certified technicians.

Specialized technicians for Aerial Work Platforms – All aerial work platform technicians are certified by the elevated work platform training, as per Ministry of Labour regulations.

ContractorCheck Approved Health And Safety Procedures – ContractorCheck is a third party compliance insurer that is industry standard when it comes to commercial maintenance work. This helps both contractors and clients ensure that projects and contractors meet proper health and safety compliance regulations.

WHMIS For All Employees – We abide by the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS), which is Canada’s national standard for hazard communication. WHMIS comprises several elements including hazard classification, cautionary labelling of various containers, creation and maintenance of material safety data sheets ((M)SDSs), plus education and training programs for company employees across Canada.

In-house First Aid, Health and Safety training is undergone by all employees – All our employees, cleaners and administrative staff go through a rigorous training program on First Aid and Health and Safety to ensure that we are above and beyond when it comes to the safety of our staff and customers.
